Youssef Bamba
Winger Youssef Bamba joins Westfield.
Kingstonian Football Club have this afternoon confirmed the departure of winger Youssef Bamba.
On behalf of everyone at the club, we would like to thank Youssef for his excellent service and wish him every success with his new club.
"Westfield made contact yesterday afternoon," explained Kingstonian manager Hayden Bird, "Although we had no intention of releasing Youssef, we respected his wish to play on a regular basis."
"It's been a frustrating season for him and we understand that. Despite his frustration, whenever called upon he has always performed very well. Furthermore, his attitude in training and on match days has made him a pleasure to work with."
"We could have been selfish in an attempt to persuade him to stay. However, the right decision was to allow him to choose and then to respect and support his decision."
