Walk Through History raises over £1000

This season's Kingstonian Supporters Club Walk Through History has raised over £500 for each of two charities.

Kingstonian Supporters Club are delighted that our “Walk Through History” on Saturday 6th April has raised just over one thousand pounds. The amount raised by the sponsored walk, a bucket collection and Golden Goals tickets actually totalled £1,032.

The walk traced back past Kingstonian’s main grounds over the years. It began at Richmond Road, moved on to  Kingsmeadow and then finished up at King George's Field before the team's Premier Division match against Enfield Town.

Proceeds will be split equally between our two charities Kingston Carers Network and Sparkle Malawi and they will each receive £516. The money raised will fund football sessions at Dinton Fields and Goals in Tolworth for young carers and help Sparkle Malawi support people effected by the recent highly destructive cyclone.
