Under 18s Player of the Year Awards

Last night Kingstonian's Under 18s had an awards night in Brentford to celebrate a fine season in which two trophies were won and a third place gained in the Isthmian League Central Division.

The following of Nigel James' charges won these awards:

Goalkeeper Shay Honey - jointly won Nigel James' Manager's Player of the Year.

Defender Alex Andreou, who also won Manager's Player of the Year.

Striker Rocco Ilhan won Most Improved Player.

Midfield dynamo Kwesi Ntim, winner of the Players' Player of the Year award.

Full back Kylron Pierre as the player with the Best Attitude.

There were three other awards for players who weren't able to make it to the event last night:

  • Alex Body - Highest goalscorer (29 goals in 35 games)
  • David Lopes - Goal of the season (his first goal in the League Cup Final on 23rd May against Godalming Town)
  • Marco Haigh - Best newcomer

K's are looking forward to another season in the Isthmian Youth League Central Division, where home games will be played at South Park FC, and in the Combined Counties League Youth Section (division and home venue still to be decided).
