Kingstonian's Under 18s will visit Charlton Athletic in the FA Youth Cup First Round after defeating Cray Wanderers 6-1 at Hayes Lane.

Kingstonian recovered from an early setback to move into the First Round Proper of the FA Youth Cup with a terrific 6-1 win over hosts Cray Wanderers at Hayes Lane.

The Wands took the lead in the 2nd minute when a free kick was headed home by Alfie Murphy, but Iker Noguera Leon scored a quick double in the 18th and 22nd minutes to turn the game on its head.

Marco Haigh scored the third goal in the 50th minute with a fine header before Minkyu Ji's shot in the 65th minute gave the K's a 4-1 lead.

Rocco Ilhan came off the substitute's bench and ensured that there would be even more gloss on the performance with goals in the 92nd and 93rd minute to complete an outstanding 6-1 victory.

Kingstonian will now be away to Charlton Athletic in the First Round, with match scheduled to be played by 11th November. Details on where and when will be published as soon as they are confirmed.

In the meantime, the young K's have two cup matches next week. On Monday they are at home to K Sports in the Isthmian Youth League Cup Second Round, kick-off at South Park FC will be 7.45pm, whilst on Wednesday they begin their defence of the Grant McLellan Cup with a home tie against AFC Whyteleafe in a First Round match being played at Chertsey Town, kick-off 7.45pm.
