Sheerwater match arranged
K's to host Sheerwater next Wednesday
Apologies for the short notice, but this game has only just been fully confirmed - Kingstonian's Surrey Senior Cup Second Round at home to Combined Counties League Premier Division South club Sheerwater will take place next Wednesday 19th January, kick-off at King George's Field will be 7.45pm.
The two teams have reached this round in very different ways - Kingstonian defeated Banstead Athletic 4-2 at King George's Field in November, whilst Sheerwater were beneficiaries of a clerical error by Sutton United, who were removed from the competition after having beaten the Sheers 1-0 at Gander Green Lane.
Should our meeting with Sheerwater end in a draw after 90 minutes, the match would go straight to a penalty shoot-out.
