Players In and Out

There has been some squad changes in recent weeks...
As you will have seen in the last few games, there have been some new faces arriving in the Kingstonian first team squad, whilst some other players have moved away.
Dealing with the players coming in first - defender Michael Abnett made his Kingstonian debut on Saturday at Bowers and Pitsea, his most recent club was Corinthian-Casuals and also has Romford, Margate, Merstham and Dulwich Hamlet on his playing CV.
Ben Ward-Cochrane made his second K's debut in the 0-1 defeat at Hastings United, having played for us under Craig Edwards for three games in the 2017-18 season. He started this season with Walthamstow, and has previously played under Lee O'Leary with Potters Bar Town, and also Enfield Town, Hertford Town and a dual registration spell with Welling United when Potters Bar were unable to play due to the Isthmian League season being cancelled in 2020-21. Ben scored his first goal for the K's last Wednesday against Bognor Regis Town at Imperial Fields.
Corey Parchment signed for the K's from Potters Bar Town and made his debut at Hastings United last week. It is the second time that K's manager Lee O'Leary has signed the full-back who has also played for Windsor, Westfield, Hillingdon Borough and Bedworth United.
David Lopes and Geneiro Maragh are still Kingstonian players, but have gone elsewhere to get some playing time - David has made four appearances for Egham Town thus far, whilst Geneiro made his debut for Sutton Common Rovers last week.
Korrey Henry and Jordan Wilson have moved on to get regular first team football. K's manager Leo O'Leary brought Korrey into the club as our number nine, but he missed practically the whole of pre-season through injury, which is why he has struggled with fitness in the early stages of the season. Unfortunately, we are not in a position at the moment to give him the game time he needs to get him up to speed as quickly as we would like with the rest of the group.
We wish both Jordan and Korrey the best moving forward.
