Defender leaves Kingstonian
Kingstonian FC can announce the departure from the club of defender Ollie Cook.
K's manager Lee O'Leary said: "Ollie is a lovely lad, but he wanted regular first team football, which is something that we could not guarantee. So we agreed to release him so he can find another club."
Ollie played 82 times for the club since his debut in August 2019, scoring 11 goals.
