Micky King

It is with great sadness to report the passing of another good K's person.
We are saddened to report that former long time Kingstonian club official and club supporter Micky King passed away last month.
Micky first went to Kingstonian at Richmond Road at the age of seven, and went on to serve on several committees at the club over a period of thirty years; his duties included being assistant secretary, membership secretary, social secretary and was responsible for programme advertising. Also, he was the club's reserve team secretary for over twenty years until his retirement, and for a while after that he was a valued assistant in the Patrons' Lounge at Kingsmeadow. After his retirement, he moved to Somerset.
Everyone at Kingstonian Football Club would like to extend their sympathies and condolences to Micky's family and friends at this sad time.
