Matchday Arrangements for Horley Town match

Kingstonian

Details on what is what and where is where for tomorrow's FA Cup tie at King George's Field

The weather looks good for tomorrow, so parking should be easy at the Ground, with the grass area available on a first come first served basis.

Turnstiles will be open from 2pm, which is slightly later than usual, to enable us to ensure that everyone enters safely into the Ground.

As you approach the turnstiles, your temperature will be taken and hand sanitiser provided.  Please also ensure that you're wearing your mask, unless you have a valid reason for not wearing one. For those with prepaid tickets, have your phone ready with the bar code, which will be scanned. If you have purchased a programme online, it will be available at the turnstile.

There are still some tickets available for tomorrow's match, and will be on sale for exact cash payments only.  In only a few cases, we will be able to hand you sanitised change. If you have not bought a ticket online, you will need to leave Track and Trace details either by using the EvePass app, or writing down your details manually at the turnstile.

There will be a 50/50 draw and golden goals' competition, in the same way we did for the last match versus Ramsgate. Please bring correct change for that purpose. The Supporters' Club has purchased a card reader, so will also be able to take card payments contactlessly for these competitions, and for additional programme sales too.

Please ensure you wear your masks whenever moving around the Ground, and whenever seated in the main stand.

Masks should also be worn in the Clubhouse, and in the Boardroom. No one is allowed to remain in these areas, there is a queuing system and you must leave as soon as you have your refreshments.

The burger van is likely to be open, with a marked queueing system. Payments at the burger van and in the clubhouse, will be possible by card, or cash with you receiving sanitised change.

Unfortunately, the Supporters' Club shop will be closed tomorrow, to ease congestion outside the clubhouse. However, you will still be able to purchase items using the card reader, and they will be delivered to you early next week.

With the recent increase in Covid-19 infections, it's crucial that we all take care of each other. Please follow all instructions from volunteers, and the guidance given by posters around the ground.

We wish a safe journey to the travelling fans, players and officials from Horley, and look forward to greeting you at the Ground.
