Kingstonian 4-1 Bognor Regis Town

Despite an early hiccup, K's produce a strong performance to defeat Bognor Regis Town 4-1.
In constantly heavy rain, K's produced a performance to brighten up King George's Field with a fine 4-1 victory over the Rocks from Bognor Regis.
However, it was the Rocks who took an early lead, with Dan Smith finishing well in the fourth minute. The lead was very short lived, as in the seventh minute James Daly curled a wonderful shot around the Rocks' custodian Dan Lincoln for an almost instant equaliser.
K's kept hitting the accelerator, and in the 18th minute Shaun McAuley ran direct at goal and blasted home from just outside the area. Ten minutes after that, Louie Theophanous got in on the act with a run and blast of his own to score Kingstonian's third.
The rain increased in volume in the second half, and there was just the single goal in this stanza, and it was a beauty as Elliott Buchanan curved an outstanding free kick into the back of the net.
K's now move into fourth place in this crazily close division, and can now look forward to the away derby next Saturday against Corinthian-Casuals, kick-off at King George's Field will be the usual 3.00pm.
