A good night for the K's.

Kingstonian scored their second win of the season with a fine 3-0 victory over Brightlingsea Regent at Imperial Fields.

This performance was the complete opposite of what has been seen in the previous game or two as the K's showed high energy levels and worked throughout the ninety minutes to gain what was a thoroughly deserved victory.

A fast start from the home team nearly gained a reward when Kwesi Ntim was felled in the penalty area in the 3rd minute, but Brightlingsea goalkeeper Charlie Turner became the second man in a week to turn aside a Kieran Cadogan penalty.

Corey Parchment hit the post with a terrific shot before Tyrese Owen opened the scoring in the 25th minute, doubling his tally and K's lead in the 42nd minute. The home side continued to play well in the second half and were rewarded in the 63rd minute when Jack Strange powered home a header to complete the scoring.

A confidence boost, a good performance and a fine result for Kingstonian as they now look forward to facing Horsham at the Camping World Community Stadium on Saturday, kicking off at 3pm.
