Kingstonian 2-0 Hornchurch

K's keep up their good start with a 2-0 win over the FA Trophy holders
Kingstonian made it three wins from their opening three League games with a fine 2-0 victory over FA Trophy holders Hornchurch.
In a frantic first half, K's opened the scoring in the 8th minute when Daniel Ajakaiye's header was saved by Urchins' keeper Noah Philiips and hit home by the on-rushing Nyren Clunis.
Chris Dickson had two goals disallowed in the first half for very tight offside calls, but Kingstonian doubled the lead in the 39th minute with a glorious goal. Juevan Spencer went on one of his rampaging forward runs and was felled by defender Rickie Hayles. Midfielder Fabio Saraiva stepped up from 35 yards out and slammed the free kick into the back of the net.
The second half had its chances as well, but Kingstonian kept their opponents at bay and deserved to hold on for the clean sheet and the win. K's go into the Bank Holiday Monday match top of the table but will find Corinthian-Casuals a very hard nut to crack in what promises to be a cracking derby game, kicking off at 3.00pm.
