Kingstonian 0-4 Worthing

A second consecutive four-goal defeat for a very disappointing home side.
Kingstonian's difficult start to the season continued apace after a very poor afternoon in the office at home to a Worthing side that was rarely troubled at King George's Field.
Worthing took the lead in the 23rd minute when K's failed to clear a set piece properly before Joel Colbran smartly blasted the ball home from just outside the penalty area.
Any hopes of the home side getting back into the contest were dashed in a ten minute spell that saw Ollie Pearce score twice and K's captain Gus Sow dismissed for two bookable offences. Firstly, the Rebels scored a fine team goal, sweeping down the right, first time cross and header home from Pearce in the 60th minute. Three minutes later Gus Sow was sent from the field before Ollie Pearce doubled his personal tally in the 70th minute.
The pain still didn't go away as the visitors searched for more goals, and they got their fourth thanks to a goal from Jasper Pattenden.
This was not a good day for the home supporters as those behind the goal didn't get to see too much action, and everyone will be desperately hoping for much better on Wednesday when Wingate and Finchley are the visitors.
