Isthmian Premier Participants for 2023-24

Six clubs leave, six clubs enter.
The FA have just announced where all the clubs in the top four steps of non-league football will live for the 2023-24 season.
Leaving the Isthmian League Premier Division are:
Aveley (play-off winners and promoted to National League South)
Bishop's Stortford (champions and promoted to National League North)
Bowers and Pitsea (relegated to Isthmian League Division One North)
Brightlingsea Regent (relegated to Isthmian League Division One North)
Corinthian-Casuals (relegated to Isthmian League Division One South Central)
Herne Bay (relegatedto Isthmian League Division One South East)
Joining the Premier Division:
Chatham Town (champions of Division One South East)
Cheshunt (relegated from the National League South)
Concord Rangers (relegated from the National League South)
Dulwich Hamlet (relegated from the National League South)
Hashtag United (champions of Division One North)
Whitehawk (play-off winners of Division One South East)
So, the full line-up is as follows:
Billericay Town, Bognor Regis Town, Canvey Island, Carshalton Athletic, Chatham Town, Cheshunt, Concord Rangers, Cray Wanderers, Dulwich Hamlet, Enfield Town, Folkestone Invicta, Haringey Borough, Hashtag United, Hastings United, Hornchurch, Horsham, Kingstonian, Lewes, Margate, Potters Bar Town, Whitehawk, Wingate and Finchley.
The usual caveat - all allocations are subject to FA Council ratification.
