Hastings United 1-0 Kingstonian

K's beaten in the league for the first time this season.
Kingstonian suffered their first defeat of the 2022-23 season at the Pilot Field, losing to a 44th minute penalty at Hastings United.
Joe Gbode was the match winner for the home side when he picked himself up off the floor to score from the penalty spot. For K's part, they will be disappointed at not having created too many chances to get back into the contest and will hope to do better in the next game.
With K's having another weekend off, they are next scheduled to be in action on Wednesday 21st September at home to Bognor Regis Town at Imperial Fields. The Rocks do have an FA Cup tie on Saturday against Hampton and Richmond Borough, so our meeting depends on Bognor not drawing with the Beavers.
However, we have a big game tomorrow (Wednesday) night at Molesey FC when our Under 18s host Worthing for what is sure to be a cracking FA Youth Cup First Qualifying Round tie. Kick-off is 7.45pm, admission is £5 for adults, £3 for concessions with Under 18s being allowed in for free.
