Ground Information for Tomorrow at Dorking Wanderers

Dorking Wanderers

As there is still officially a lockdown, there are COVID-related issues that need to be adhered to.

Our colleagues from Dorking Wanderers have this morning sent us these details for tomorrow's game - if you are coming to the game, please read carefully:

  • Entry to the stadium is from 1330hrs  - 14445hrs
  • Turnstiles 1 and 2 are for players and match staff only
  • Turnstiles 3 and 4 (Fan Zone) are for those wishing to watch the match from the Stonegate Stand (seated or standing), South side or  the West End
  • Turnstiles 5 and 6 (Meadowbank Park) are for those wishing to watch the match from the Terrace, Selachii Family Stand or North West side
  • Full Covid protocol is in place  -  please ensure you maintain 1mtr+  social distancing.  Masks must be worn when entering the stadium and walking around the stadium and in any indoor spaces
  • The Fan Zone bar will be open but you must be seated to consume alcohol
  • The stadium is ‘no smoking’ including the Fan Zone

Due to current covid restrictions our bars Lounge and Fan Zone are operating with limited capacity – we have partnered with the Kings Arms on West Street who would be very happy to welcome you pre and post match for drinks – if you wish to book a table please call 01306 886496.

The Fan Zone this season will be non-smoking, which means that all areas within Meadowbank Stadium are now no smoking. This has been introduced to protect fans, staff, players and guests from the health hazards of exposure to second-hand smoke, whilst also ensuring that visitors of all ages to the Fan Zone can enjoy a smoke free experience both prior to and during the match.

To confirm, the ban applies to all tobacco related products including e-cigarettes (vapers) as the majority of these products contain traces of nicotine.

Those wishing to smoke can leave the ground via turnstiles 3 and 4 (adjacent to the Fan Zone) both prior to kick-off and at half-time. They need to ensure that they have either their season or match ticket, in hard copy or electronic format, for re-entry into the stadium.

Thank you for your cooperation.
