Dan Bennett leaves Kingstonian
Kingstonian midfield/forward man Bennett is no longer a hoop.
As manager Hayden Bird continues to build his squad for the new season, he has confirmed that Dan Bennett has left the club.
"I'd like to thank Dan," said the manager, "he is a good player who made a big contribution to the team last season."
"I know that the supporters will be disappointed to see Dan leave. He played his part in our success last season with fourteen goal. Both as the manager and as players, everyone has decisions to make at this time of year, it's the nature of football. I'd like to wish Dan every success in the next chapter of his career."
Hayden also confirmed that the new squad will be announced within the next seven days. From last season's squad, fourteen players have already agreed terms.
New signing Jake Hutchings will be joined by as many as four new arrivals in the coming week.
