Christmas charities total revealed

Each charity will receive £300.
We now have a final total of what was raised on 22 December at our local Derby match “away “ to Corinthian Casuals. The money raised together by our two clubs is for our selected local charities (Kingston Churches Action on Homelessness and Kingston Carers Network).
The total raised was £592.25 which has been topped up to £600, so then there's a healthy donation of £300 for each charity from fans of both of our clubs. This included £380 from a bucket collection and £55 from auctioning a signed Arsenal shirt that Tim Wells kindly donated. The balance was raised through the raffle.
There was also a large amount of clothing and dry food items donated for local homeless people and these were taken in on Christmas Eve. Items collected included:

- Tea / Coffee / Sugar
- Used men's coats / jackets
- New or clean 'used' sleeping bags
- New or used rucksacks
- New men's 'trunks' underwear (Size M or L)
- New socks
