Carshalton Athletic 1-0 Kingstonian
An encouraging performance but sadly defeat at Colston Avenue
Four new players made their debuts for a much-changed Kingstonian this afternoon and helped towards an improved and spirited performance but ultimately it was Carshalton Athletic who won all three points in a competitive fixture at Colston Avenue.
Crossley Lema's 27th minute header from a corner was the clincher for the Robins in a game where the K's arguably deserved a little more but were constantly thwarted by Carshalton's defence.
K's will look for better fortune in their next game on Monday 2nd January when Corinthian-Casuals visit Imperial Fields for a 3.00pm kick-off.
