A belter of a goal decides a game of few chances.
An improved away performance from Kingstonian sadly proved to be fruitless as title-chasing Bishop's Stortford won a dour game with a magnificent goal.
An acrobatic volley by Ollie Peters from outside the penalty area did the business for his side in the 29th minute and proved to be the difference between the two teams.
Kingstonian enjoyed much in the way of possession but were unable to threaten Jack Gidden's goal and so they fell to another loss on their travels despite a much better effort.
It's back to Imperial Fields this Wednesday when Corinthian-Casuals are the visitors for a Surrey Senior Cup tie, kicking off at 7.45pm.
