Benj Purcell signs on loan from Reading
Wales Under 19 international joins K's for the rest of the season.
Kingstonian FC is delighted to announce the loan signing for the rest of the season of Reading's Wales U19 international midfielder Benj Purcell.
A graduate from the Royals' Under 18s team and currently in their Under 23s squad, Benj has seen loan action this season with both Hartley Wintney and Farnborough, and has also captained the Wales U19s in this season's UEFA European U19 Championship qualifier against Gibraltar at the Racecourse Ground, Wrexham, a match that the Welsh won 9-2. He is expected to be available for selection for tonight's game against Herne Bay.
Kingstonian manager Simon Lane said: "Benj is an exciting prospect and joins us on loan from Reading. A Welsh international with a fantastic array of passing, I’m looking forward to working with him."
