Away trip coming in the Buildbase FA Trophy
K's to visit either Truro City or Blackfield and Langley in the Second Qualifying Round
Kingstonian will (hopefully) find out their Buildbase FA Trophy Second Qualifying Round opponents tomorrow night as Truro City and Blackfield & Langley meet at Treyew Road after a second attempt at getting their tie in the First Qualifying Round played.
The two teams were meant to meet on Saturday but the game was postponed due to a waterlogged pitch.
Both teams are in the Southern League Premier South Division, with the Cornish side only second to Tiverton Town on goal difference, whilst Blackfield & Langley, who hail from near Southampton, won the Southern League Division One South last season and are in twelfth position currently in the league above.
As this tie is supposed to be played on the weekend of Saturday 9th November, and Kingstonian will be up in Cheshire that weekend to play Macclesfield Town in the Emirates FA Cup First Round, we have no clue as to when this FA Trophy game will be played, but stay tuned for further details on the identity of our opponents, any match date and any moved league fixtures (for there must be at least one...) as we will publish them as soon as we know.
