A Free Online Mental Health Support Course
In these uncertain times, mental health is a major issue - please read on for details of a free online course on how to support young adults.
We have been made aware of a worthwhile free online course that is designed to educate coaches, parents and anyone on how they can support young adults with their mental health issues.
Sadly, suicide is the largest cause of mortality for people under 35, and male rates of suicide are still consistently 3x higher than female rates.
This particularly course is popular with organisations like local football clubs, churches and schools, and has been designed to provide you with the skills to help, identify and understand young people who are struggling with their mental health before it gets to the point of having to seek professional help.
The courses are all completed online over a six week period, though it can be completed more quickly than that, six weeks is the maximum.
