The best way to keep up to date with Kingstonian FC

Player Update from Tommy

1 year ago By Kingstonian FC

Injury updates, a new loan recruit and a bit more.

Charlie Wassmer (pictured)
We can confirm the signing of defender Charlie Wassmer on a month's loan from Maidenhead United. Tommy said: "I'm very pleased to get Charlie on board, he is a central defender who was part of the Margate team that won promotion to the National League South in 2015. Still only 25 years old, Charlie has good experience, is technically strong and will go straight into the squad tomorrow against Billericay Town."

Lewis Taylor
Lewis has an Achilles problem that has kept him out for the last couple of games. The injury is improving and Lewis is reacting well to treatment, but he won't be fit for Saturday's game.

Aaron Goode
Aaron limped off against Lowestoft Town on Saturday with ankle ligament damage. His ankle is still very swollen and will keep him out for at least a few weeks.

Evans Kouassi
Evans has decided to re-sign for Bishop's Stortford. Evans was finding the travel time a problem and once Bishop's Stortford approached him to re-sign, he decided to take them up on the offer.

Nash Doukoure
Nash is a product of our Academy team. He has shown real progress over the season on the pitch and has done very well in the transition from Academy training to first team training.

Will Seager
Will is currently playing for our Ryman Youth League team. He, like Nash Doukoure, has adapted very well to training with the first team. He has been producing good performances in the Under 18s on a regular basis and has now signed first team forms.

Bruce Hogg
Bruce has taken some time away from football for the moment due to off-the-field commitments. He very recently became a father and moved house, and he feels that with work commitments getting more demanding, he is struggling to get to training and games.
