Kingstonian 0-4 Leatherhead

Leatherhead

K's finish a poor season on a low.

The 42nd and final match encapsulated Kingstonian's 2018-19 season - reasonably good in the first half and quite desperate in the second (idea courtesy of the eminent Mark Murphy).

After an even and competitive first half, Kingstonian collapsed after the break as the visiting Tanners blew the home side away without really having to step up many gears.

A nice finish from distance from Travis Gregory started the fun for the men in green in the 57th minute, before three goals in a five minute spell sealed the win. Firstly, Dan Gallagher shot past Rob Tolfrey in the 66th minute before Ibrahim Olutade got in on the act two minutes later. Travis Gregory's cross into the box evaded everyone to score Leatherhead's fourth in the 72nd minute.

Eventually, the referee blew the final whistle after very little stoppage time, thankfully bringing Kingstonian's season to an end.
